Dr Shalini was kind, attentive and took time to look & listen to assess all the symptoms that I was presenting. It was an embarrassing condition for me to share details on, but she made me feel at ease and and then helped by talking me through some practical advice / guidance on how best to manage my condition (as well as necessary prescription and specialist referral).

What a wonderful Dr. If only all Drs were like Dr Shalini Patel. I spoke to her several times with regards to a ongoing problem. Dr Patel spent time listening to me and advising me. She put me at ease and was caring and treated me with respect. I felt that she understood what I was going through.

Dr Patel visited me on a Home visit when I was unable to attend surgery. She was very helpful and her knowledge and understanding of my ailment really helped me and put my mind at rest. I found her very genuine and caring and I can say that she is without doubt one of the best doctors I have had help me.Since her visit I was able to after a week manage to walk somewhat and was able to visit her at her surgery. Again I found her to be very caring and understanding and her knowledge and help and advice in assisting me hopefully to regain full mobility a great help. The doctor actually makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel that she really is concerned with your ailment and more then anything she makes you feel like a human being and not just another name on her schedule to treat. Without doubt a first class Doctor. Thank you :-)
